These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the owner of the website, Xqedii (“Administration”).
Contact with the Administration is possible via e-mail at xqedii@gmail.com or through Discord.
By using the website, the user panel, or any interactive tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service is intended for adults. Minors may use it only if they have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Privacy Policy and Data Processing
All the rules regarding the processing of your personal data, e-mail addresses, logging in via Google/Discord, as well as the data regarding your account and the use of the panel, can be found in the Privacy Policy section, available under Privacy Policy.
By registering and using the service, the User accepts the rules of the Privacy Policy.
The Administration processes your personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation (GDPR/UODO) and in a secure manner.
3. Account and Login
Registration of a user account can be performed via e-mail and password or through external services such as Google and Discord.
You are responsible for the security of your account and the secrecy of your passwords and verification codes.
Sharing your account with other persons and logging in as another person are forbidden.
In case of violation of the current Terms of Service, the Administration reserves the right to restrict, block, or terminate your account.
You can terminate your account at any time, and this will limit your access to the data and the service.
4. Using the User Panel and Interactive Tools
The User may use the functions of the panel, including content creation, profile editing, texture generation, and other tools.
Created content must comply with the law and community rules. It is prohibited to create content that is offensive, vulgar, violates the rights of third parties, or promotes hatred.
The Administration may remove inappropriate content or restrict access to functions in the event of violations.
Content remains the property of the user; however, the Administration may use it for security purposes, functional testing, or enforcement of the Terms of Service.
The User is responsible for the use of content within the service and on external platforms.
5. Licenses, Products, and Redirects
The service allows for the viewing of licenses and products purchased on external platforms, e.g., BuiltByBit or Polymart.
Each product requires a valid license to function correctly; the user agrees that activating or downloading a product results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The license is assigned to a specific user and account; sharing, copying, selling, or splitting the license is prohibited.
License abuse, including product leaks, publishing them on the internet, or sharing them with third parties, may result in a permanent license block and loss of access to the product.
The Administration reserves the right to verify license usage and to restrict, suspend, or deactivate a license in the event of detected abuse.
The Administration is only responsible for the functioning of the user panel; it is not responsible for errors occurring on the side of external platforms.
6. Tickets, Communication, and Notifications
Users may create tickets and contact the administration.
Spamming, insulting, harassing, or misleading in tickets and messages is prohibited.
The Administration may remove, close, or restrict tickets at its own discretion.
Notifications may concern license status, administrative messages, or important information about the service; the user can manage subscriptions and notification types.
7. Liability
The Administration makes every effort to ensure the service operates stably; however, it does not guarantee full fault-freeness.
The Administration is not liable for damages resulting from causes beyond its control, including third-party actions, force majeure, interruptions in the functioning of external platforms, or API errors.
The User uses the service at their own risk and is responsible for their actions within the service and on external platforms.
The Administration may, at its own discretion, offer compensation in exceptional situations, e.g., in the form of credits or access to features.
8. Copyright and Branding
All intellectual property and materials within the service, including graphics, logos, icons, and visual content, are the property of the Administration or its partners.
It is prohibited to use content for commercial purposes or imply any cooperation with the Administration without prior approval.
Violations of copyrights may lead to blocking of accounts and initiating legal action.
9. Changes to the Terms of Service
The Administration may introduce changes to the Terms of Service.
Users will be notified of any changes via e-mail or a notification in the panel at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
A user who does not accept the changes has the right to request the deletion of their account and terminate the use of the service.
